6th September : Lowestoft Hospital Fete

The Friends of Lowestoft Hospital are running the Fete again this year to raise funds for the hospital. The event runs from 11.00 - 16.00 on Tennyson Road. For more information please call Pat Rayner on 01502 563847.

6th & 7th September : Laser Open

The Royal Norfolk & Suffolk Yacht Club plays host to this year's Laser Open. For more information please call 01502 566 726

7th September : The Memory Walk 2008

Lowestoft & Waveney Alzheimer's Society Memory Walk starts at 11am at South Pier in Lowestoft. The 3 mile walk finishes at the Jolly Sailors in Pakefield. People are welcome to come along and do as much or as little as you want. Sponsorship forms and more information can be found on the Lowestoft Memory Walk website.

11th - 13th September : French Street Market

From 11th - 13th September the French Market sets up home on Waterloo Road, Lowestoft. The stalls open from 9am, with a wide range of produce available.

29th November : Christmas Lights Switch On

13th & 14th December : Ice Rink
